Just a terrific experience all around during my emergency appointment needs! I am a long time owner of Toyota products (only 3 vehicles from 2008-2022) and love the product but love the service even more as appointment needs! I needed underbody work and tires, and chose to wait for my vehicle. In the two hours at the dealership I was never approached by a salesperson to be hustled into replacing. I’m from New York and make purchases from Williams Toyota in Elmira but if I were in the mood for something new and happened to be in Texas again I would definitely make the effort to use this dealership. It was our first scheduled routine maintenance for our new Tacoma. We scheduled on line. We thought it was to change the oil, but it was only to rotate the tires.
