I made an appointment for service on my car, they took over two hours for an oil change. When I asked why it took so long the attended said the maintenance plan I had wasn’t a common one they use. My car is a Toyota, with a Toyota plan….when I first bought my Toyota the service was amazing, they seem to be getting worse. They also obviously dig through my glove box because there were items from my glove box on the floor board of my car when they finished. Can they at least be neat and put things back when they go into my glove box, or maybe ask me for what they need? More
