There is 3% charge on card usage and misc charge for rags this wasn’t here before, not right for the customers when we see these surprise add ons. Technicians and Toyota Corporate staff failed to successfully troubleshoot the remote start function after having the vehicle this past 2 weeks and previously 8 workdays in May. No negative reflection on service advisor J Greene, but FAIL on service department and corporate technicians… More

We went here all the time when it was Alamo...treated us great. Not so with Shottenkirk. More
