I was charged for a diagnostic of a dead battery. The service rep was awesome. But I am out $195. Maybe a faulty cell phone cord or open trunk overnight. My Camry was returned to me after my scheduled 20,000 mile oil change and tire rotation and despite the paperwork clearly stated the tires were rotated…they weren’t! They lied and were extremely deceitfu mile oil change and tire rotation and despite the paperwork clearly stated the tires were rotated…they weren’t! They lied and were extremely deceitful. Had my tire pressure not been low, I would never have known or think to question it. They admitted their ‘mistake’ and claim they actually did the rotation after taking it back a second time. Conveniently there were no managers or even an assist manager available to speak with. All I got were excuses & apologies. I will never return here for any of my service and I would highly recommend double checking everything if you go here. Extremely disappointing! I never had any issue all the time I visited while it was Alamo Toyota. More

People are friendly. Just had two appointments so far and service wise they seem good. The issue I have is every time I have gone there I have had an appointment and it takes well over an hour to get the most basic service done. First time was an hour and fifteen minutes for a tire rotation. Second was for an oil change and it took just over an hour and a half. Don’t know if they are over booking or just trying to get people to linger and buy cars but it’s a frustrating place to get service done. Would almost rather not use the Toyota care and pay for an oil change that will take 15 minutes. More
