My biggest complaint is that even though I make an appointment for an oil change - it has consistently taken around or more than 3 Couldn’t be nicer. That seems excessive to me. And we didn’t like the obligatory $3K “Shottenkirk Shaft” - having to pay for this random mandatory package for misc items I didn’t want and couldn’t refuse. Both are motivation for us to look elsewhere to purchase a Toyota. More
