Since it was my first time at the new dealership, I didn't know exactly where to go. Rachel was very helpful in showing me where to sit, and keeping me informed along the way. My third time trying to write this and it keeps disappearing. I had a 7 AM appointment because I babysit my great grandson and I had to be at home at nine so my granddaughter could leave for work. disappearing. I was told when I made the appointment that it would be 30 to 45 minutes to rotate the tires. That was all I needed. It was almost 8 when a woman came with these two dirty air filters and told me they were from my car and they needed to be replaced. I told her I had the oil changed the day before and they checked all that and nobody told me the air filters needed to be changed. She said “well they didn’t do a very good job at that other place.“ I told her I did not want to replace the filters . She looked kind of mad. At about 830 I went and looked out the window and my car was not there. I couldn’t find anybody to ask. So about 8:50 AM. I went up to the desk and I waited. The same woman who said I needed air filters came out And said the car wasn’t ready yet, but it should be soon. She would check on it. But the car was parked there!! I pointed to it and she said “oh is it there?” I was so upset. She said they hadn’t brought her the ticket yet just hold on. I went outside because I was about to cry. I went and stood by the car and was taking deep breaths. She came out with the ticket and looked at me and said “Just go. Just go.” So I left. I figured I would get a bill in the mail but so far I haven’t. And I won’t go back. More
Manny did a good job of helping and getting the service I needed. I told him it was the first time I was visiting his dealership. However, he did not tell me that my appointment was only a chance to get in needed. I told him it was the first time I was visiting his dealership. However, he did not tell me that my appointment was only a chance to get in line for service. When nothing seemed to be happening, I asked how long it was going to take. It took me 2 hours to ever get an answer and 2.5 hours to complete 3 simple service requests. Not very impressive. Also, I note that the set the air pressure in my tires at 38 PSI, not like the tire plate indicates. More
