Dishonest from the top down. Truck I purchased had paint damage and was missing the Pre Collision Sensor and the salesman would not return calls or emails. They purposely parked it in the shade so that I would not see the damage. I called them within 24 hours of the purchase. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY ARE LIARS AND TERRIBLE! More

My initial purchase was a pleasant enough experience. The negatives began the minute i pulled off the lot. The check engine light came on and I pulled back in. The catalytic converter went bad and needed to be replaced. They did a partial replacement, which has already gone bad and needs to be replaced again. 3 weeks after owning my vehicle the transmission went out, and I had to return it for warranty work. I had to fight to get a loaner car, and was initially told that my warranty might not cover the repair. After getting the transmission replaced, I had the car for a day before the new transmission went bad. To be fair, this was not the dealerships fault, but the overall lack of quality service I received after this was terrible. My vehicle was at the dealership for months, and I again had to argue for a loaner car. There was a lack of communication on the part of the dealership staff. I called for an update and was left on hold for 30+ minutes and then was told I would be called back with an update. Never got a call back and when I spoke to the service manager, he never even acknowledged the poor level of service his department offered. I have my vehicle back now and it is overall good. I will not ever use this dealership again More
