I was very disappointed in my experience from the prospective of there is a disjoint between the sales and service department. I did not know there was only one day a week where you could get dents prospective of there is a disjoint between the sales and service department. I did not know there was only one day a week where you could get dents or paint chips repaired and now I have likely missed my ability to get them addressed under the warranty. Further, there is a lack of clarity as to what is incorporated into the service contract. I felt in the learch when I was told that the services provided needed to be worked out with the sales department. More
