Folks were very nice and I am pleased with the car. The closer in an attempt to sell me a service contract nearly lost me as a customer. I had a 12:00 appointment for an oil change only and had to literally wait 2 hours! The last couple of times I’ve been in for routine maintenance the service has been extremely slow, lackluster and no frien to literally wait 2 hours!
