Mike has a heart of gold! I locked my keys in my car at H‑E‑B & was told I had to wait 2 hours for a Tow truck. A Locksmith was not an option. While the service itself (tire rotation and multi point inspection only) was relatively fast, none of the other things promised duri purchased here. The new Service Facility is very luxurious and spacey. When I walked into the waiting area, I was not sure where I should go.
