I waited five minutes before the guy came out to me when arrived because a customer waiting on his vehicle was visiting with him. The he said he’d look up the history on my vehicle and come and tell me what arrived because a customer waiting on his vehicle was visiting with him. Then he said he’d look up the price of the tyres and come and tell me and find out if they had them in stock. He did not come and tell me he sent a text to my husband instead. Then he pulled the old this is was you cabin filter looks like trick. The last time I was here it took three hours to do a service because the guy went home part way through doing my service so I saw how many times they walked out with the cabin filter showing each customer. Swear it was the same filter they used each time. So it takes two hours to do a regular service and another two hours to them put on new tyres. I am not impressed with the service here at all. I would not recommend this dealership. More

I asked for the wait time… the service advisor told me it was a a quick oil change since they were not busy. I said said ok I will just wait for my truck then. 4hrs later they looked for me to tell me it was was a a quick oil change since they were not busy.
