i appreciated the no hassle incorporation of the email oil change discount. The service rep. and cashier were very good. The sales reps also went out of their way to show us a Crown that just came off t oil change discount. The service rep. and cashier were very good. New building is nice. But my service dept associate showed very little concern for my time. Failed to fast-track a tire rotation when I'd already waited for my scheduled s But my service dept associate showed very little concern for my time. Failed to fast-track a tire rotation when I'd already waited for my scheduled service prior to that. Following the completion of the tire rotation, I was left waiting on the associate unnecessarily on multiple occasions (once when my vehicle was ready and I wasn't informed and again when I was waiting for the paperwork at my vehicle). Once again, great service. I walked what service I needed for my Tundra. My technician noticed I had a recall, and called me and they took care of that too. Great job!
