I had an appointment and brought my vehicle in for an oil change and also a diagnostic test because it was leaking gas.The service I receive from Troy was not acceptable. After 3 1/2 hours I called up there just to check on my vehicle because I had not heard from them and was unsure whether or not they had the right phone number. He was very put out to hear from me just checking on my vehicle and told me he would have to call me back. When he did call me back I had questions on whether or not warranty would cover any of the service needed Tory seemed very Annoyed at all of my questions. all of the phone calls that I had with him he was rude and very short. If this is the face of your company I will not recommend you to anybody else. I told him that I was unhappy with the service he had given me and he made me feel like I had put him out He didn’t seem worried about it at all. More

It just Seemed like ( the service rep). he was more inconvenienced than me, and my truck had just been totaled and I received call after call about it being towed away, when I had nothing t he was more inconvenienced than me, and my truck had just been totaled and I received call after call about it being towed away, when I had nothing to do with it, it was going through my insurance.
