This will be the 3rd time I have to take it back for service, how do you forget to put a nut on a screw that hold the power source to the starter? I assumed that scheduling an earlier appointment would have lead to a quicker turn around for a simple oil change. I was told initially that it would only take an hour to complete, but I ended up waiting have lead to a quicker turn around for a simple oil change.
