Terrible experience, lost my wheel locks for my tires last year still haven’t replaced them. I have the full service package, only thing I get every time is oil change. I assumed that scheduling an earlier appointment would have lead to a quicker turn around for a simple oil change. I was told initially that it would only take an hour to complete, but I ended up waiting have lead to a quicker turn around for a simple oil change. The only update that I received was an 'ECU' update, but there was nothing provided besides that. Rachel tried to provide quality updates, but I believe she was not getting accurate information from the rest of her team. More
