I assumed that scheduling an earlier appointment would have lead to a quicker turn around for a simple oil change. I was told initially that it would only take an hour to complete, but I ended up waiting have lead to a quicker turn around for a simple oil change. The only update that I received was an 'ECU' update, but there was nothing provided besides that. Patrick Kemp and his assistant Ralph Humphrey are terrific! Their customer service and helpfulness was great.
