After arriving early for my appointment, addressing my need to pick up my child from school, they STILL took over two hours to return my car after a simple oil change. After 3 1/2 hours I called up there just to check on my vehicle because I had not heard from them and was unsure whether or not they had the right phone number. He was very put out to hear from me just checking on my vehicle and told me he would have to call me back. When he did call me back I had questions on whether or not warranty would cover any of the service needed Tory seemed very Annoyed at all of my questions. all of the phone calls that I had with him he was rude and very short. If this is the face of your company I will not recommend you to anybody else. I told him that I was unhappy with the service he had given me and he made me feel like I had put him out He didn’t seem worried about it at all. More
