My wife said the service associate tried to lie to get about some service. She said the technician said one thing but the service association said another. I was attending a VA appointment in Granbury, so I planned to take my wife's Toyota Sequoia to the Schottenkirk-Granbury dealership (where I had set up an appointment already to diagnose/fix a low tire), but because of the way one of their young, inexperienced, unprofessional mechanics engaged me, I cancelled the appointment and contacted Sherry at Schottenkirk-Weatherford and drove to her location.
