I waited over fifteen minutes for someone to acknowledge me in the service bay. One man did tell me to pull into the bay after sitting out in the rain for five minutes. Upon pulling in, another service adv me in the service bay. One man did tell me to pull into the bay after sitting out in the rain for five minutes. Upon pulling in, another service advisor looked right at me, in the eyes, and quickly went into his office. People who came in after me were acknowledged and helped. I can go elsewhere to buy my vehicles (I purchased two from you last year) and where I am treated better. A female advisor finally came out and asked if I needed something. We’ll duh, why am I here. She was nice but knew I had been overlooked several times. No one should ever have to wait this long in your service bay to be helped. This was not the first time. Also, I was there for a flat tire. They aired it up to 35 and left the other three at 24,25,and 26. Why? More
i paid a lot of money from full diagnostic check up. I was told i need a new entertainment system. The new entertainment system did it work. They ordered another entertainment system, that didn't wo I was told i need a new entertainment system. The new entertainment system did it work. They ordered another entertainment system, that didn't work either. I was informed those new entertainment systems weren't new, but refurbished. I was told to go to car toys and get a real new one from them. On the way home i pulled the sd card for navigation. They radio was fixed. So i paid for diagnostics that didn't diagonost, i wasted a lot of time going back and forth and solved the problem my self. Maybe a two is too high. You won't be seeing me again. More
I arrived and had to wait 10 mins for anyone to acknowledge me despite an appt. I was just getting an oil change ( because I just got all new tires). It took 2 hours for the oil change. I also wanted new wiper blades as there was a sign stating wiper sale. I was told by the attendant the sale was over despite sign still in window. “Oh, someone should have taken it down”. Then when Iwent to pick up my car, I waited outside a glasses area that had three employees yet no one wanted to help me. So I went to another area and opened the door and was told I had to go back to the front area I was just at. I told her I was just there and no one wanted to help me and Yes, the wiper sale sign was STILL in the window. I’m not sure what has happened here, when I first started coming there it was a totally different experience! More
