I have own several Toyota’s over the last 30 Years & have never had to wait over 45 minutes for just a oil change with appointments . I lived in different areas & also never waited. I know times are h have never had to wait over 45 minutes for just a oil change with appointments . I lived in different areas & also never waited. I know times are hard getting good help .. But just thought I’d share that several customers in the waiting room were complaining about the wait also. More

Wouldn't recommend based off last visit. My appointment was at 1 and I came in early for an oil change. I finally left at about 2:15. So I was there for an hour and a half. Our van got a nail in one of its tires on Friday morning. I was able to get in to the dealership before it went completely flat. We were greeted with a friendly face and was told they would take care of it I was able to get in to the dealership before it went completely flat. My mom was with me in her electric scooter and had no trouble getting around. Our service advisor Rachel was very helpful and got us back on the road within an hour. More

The car was brought in for oil change and tire rotation. A low tire symbol was noted on dash . The low tire symbol was still apparent at pick up.
