The service rep was great. I gave the experience a 4 star versus 5 star review based on my observations while waiting. I observed my truck parked in the garage area for an hour without work being done to it. versus 5 star review based on my observations while waiting. I requested an update from another employee and they confirmed the truck service was finished they were just waiting for the mechanic for paperwork. I turned in the truck for a 10000 mile service at 0845 and received the truck at 1200. I believe the truck could have been provided to me earlier if the paperwork and service rep Sherry was notified earlier that it was finished. I believe that if I had not asked the employee for an update on my truck I would have possibly waited longer. While in the waiting room I also heard other customers comment on delays. Once my service rep sherry was notified of the truck status she called me right away. Separately, I requested a tire rotation which I did not see on the mechanic paperwork so I don’t believe it was completed as my truck tire pressure were also lower than the recommended 30lbs and not even with all four tires.
