Amazing experience!!! I went across the street to get coffee at HEB and grocery shop while I waited for my car. Sherry Parker, the service associate I was working with called to say my car was ready. We got no updates on the vehicle status and got the vehicle back filthy with mud all over it. The location of the seat heater buttons installed was horrible.
