How long had it been ready? when I asked about the promised car wash, she said it was broken. On my way home I noticed no one had taken off the maintenance light. the flat tire was fixed at no cost, but I would much rather pay for the repair someplace closer to home rather than deal with this low level of service very dissatisfactory and a lack of pride in their work. More
They got me in without an appointment. It didn’t take two hours like it usually does. I miss the great customer service we used to have Unable to get the car in, I would have been able to have it picked up and delivered in the past; but now it took me days to find someone to take it in Unable to get the car in, I would have been able to have it picked up and delivered in the past; but now it took me days to find someone to take it in, wait on it and bring it home. Further, I requested an upgraded car wash, so the interior would be clean and spiffy. My friend had to request the interior to be redone, because it was not satisfactory, which made her have to wait an additional 45 minutes. The upgrade from the customary free drive-thru wash to having interior vacuumed and cleaned was $17.95. Since this dealership took over here, the ability to have body work done locally has also disappeared, sending me to their Granbury facility for it. I certainly miss the wonderful care ToyoTA provided under the Durant ownership, which was what led me originally to change from Nissan to Toyota. This dealership cuts corners to save money, I’m sure, but it has made me seek a different dealership for my future maintenance needs. More
