It wasn’t my first time there, I’ve done business with this dealership for several years. The manager was really good and understanding of my concerns, and explained everything to the T. Quick, efficient service. Madison Moreno, service advisor, guided me through adding the final touches to my new vehicle. Loooonnnggg wait. Either my wife Becky or myself have been to your service center at least a dozen times and we’ve always had a good experience until my last trip. I arrived 15 minutes early and y’all took my truck right in. I just needed an oil change and a tire rotation. I waited nearly 2 hours . When my truck was brought out to the front of the service center I assumed I would be leaving in a few minutes. 15 minutes later I found a fellow who had just driven another vehicle up front and asked why my truck was sitting here so long and I’m still waiting. He said he would get someone. A lady asked my name. She went lookin for my paperwork I guess and five more minutes later came back and apologized for the long wait. Altogether I was waiting for an oil change and tire rotation 2 hours and 15 minutes. Not acceptable under any conditions considering I arrived early. More
