I had an appt at 11 to have my truck serviced for a PVC valve replacement. We dropped it and left for lunch. At 12 when we returned, it still hadn't been taken back. I asked and they said about 130. I had valve replacement. We dropped it and left for lunch. At 12 when we returned, it still hadn't been taken back. I asked and they said about 130. I had to be somewhere else at 1 so I mentioned that. Within 15 minutes it was back and I got it back about 1. But why make an appt if you can't get it in at the time of the appt. 2 days later, the check engine light comes back on for a week. I stop to have to diagnose it since this was the previous issue and the young man at the counter tells me it would be 4 hours before they can check it, even though it was the same issue I had the previous week. Frustrated to say the least. More
