Mostly good people, but service costs just keep going up. My last service they tried to stick me with unnecessary and unasked for air filters ($200). Took 1/2 hr to resolve. I'd love to know what the diesel and basic oil tech make per hour, with Ford charging $140/hr diesel tech (was $100, then $120 now $140) The oil tech $60/hr. Probably makes $25/hr ?? !! More

Service department did an excellent job tuning up my truck! It now runs like its a brand new truck! They also replaced the transfer motor for my 4X4 and it works great! As a dealership I also just purchased a more gas efficient vehicle. I bought a 2019 Escape from Nathan and the process was so easy! He listened to my price range and didn't try to push me into something else. The process was great! The vehicle needed some work before I took it home. They got it up and running and checked with me multiple times to make sure everything was great! I highly recommend Show Low Ford as a dealer and as a service department! More
