Hector is so friendly! Obviously he would not remember all of the customers he serves but once I remind him of my last visits, he asks me how I've been and offers to help me with whatever I need. I needed the oil changed and was told it would be about 45 minutes. I was totally done and on my way in about 30 minutes. This was a great surprise and very welcome. The service rep was great. Moe was incredibly friendly and helpful and the experience was as always very pleasant. I used to be weary of going to dealerships for service needs, but they have such great specials and coupons t experience was as always very pleasant. I went to Showcase Honda this morning, Sunday 5-12-2013, with a tire problen. Moe came to me with a smile and friendly attitude. He ask me what he could help me with. I told Him about the tire. The work was performed and completed in a timely manner. There was no charged for the service and Moe thanked me for coming in. This is why my car has only been serviced by Showcase Honda. More

Parts Dept notes they open at 7:00 am on Monday. I called multiple times after my online order was over 14 business days late. The parts dept person who answered and said "can i put you on hold." and before I could reply I was put on hold, that was extremely rude. I called the New Car sales dept and a woman answered the phone acknowledging that Parts dept does indeed suck at answering the phone. She then put me on hold and did not seem to care much at all. On January 12, 2013 I had approximately $900.00 of work done on my Honda CRV. I have no hesitation in classifying him as a professional in his field. I would also like to express my appreciation to the mechanic, Mr. Bedros Touresian. This is not the first time he has done major work on my car and I continue to be pleased with the results. I brought my Honda in for an oil change and complete inspection. I was told that the front struts were bad and the ball joint boots were cracked and my rear brake pads were down to 3mm and would have t inspection. I was told that the front struts were bad and the ball joint boots were cracked and my rear brake pads were down to 3mm and would have to be replaced soon. They quoted $1,400 for all the work. I took my car to a trusted independent repair shop and they told me the struts were fine, the boots were not cracked, my brake pads were at 5mm, not 3mm but my power steering pump was leaking and the cabin air filter was completely clogged. I brought a mechanic friend to the repair shop and he verified the asssessent of the independent repair shop. I took my Honda back to the dealer to find out how their inspection could be completely wrong in every way. The looked at my vehicle again while I stood by and confirmed that their initial inspection was wrong. I can believe making a mistake on one item, but when they were wrong about 5 things, it was clearly intentional, not just incompetent. This service shop is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. More
Had to take in my vehicle do to mechanical failure. The gentlemen in service were very friendly and had my car in working order in no time.
