The people we have interacted with in sales -- Brennan and Alisha -- have been wonderful. It's a damned shame that this dealer has taken a political stance on EVs. The dealership's process for support and Alisha -- have been wonderful. It's a damned shame that this dealer has taken a political stance on EVs. The dealership's process for supporting new car owners on the features and function of the vehicle is excellent. That's Alisha's role. She shared that we were her *FIRST* EV delivery, so there were many questions she needed to follow up on. That's no shade on her. But this owner (and the owner spans several dealerships and flavors of cars in the area) has prioritized political intransigence over market leadership. Car buyers I know have traveled to other markets 1 to 1.5 hours away to buy/lease EVs that should be available and promoted here. More
