I went to Perfomance hoping to trade in my current car but not knowing if it was possible. Jerry Afuh was so wonderful to work with because he was friendly, upfront, and honest with me. Then I met Shawn and Doug and they were the same way. They all worked hard to get me into the Jeep I wanted. Some women might hesitate to walk into a dealership alone and try to buy a car, but they treated me with respect and really went out of their way to help me. I am so happy with my new Jeep, and I would definitely recommend Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Lincoln to anyone! More

I went to Performance Dodge for an oil change. I also asked if they would put on wiper blades that I had bought earlier, but because of cold weather had not gotten them on. They did everything for the cost of the oil changed and then the young man servicing my truck informed me my transmition fluid line was leaking. The service manager for the oil changed area showed me that the repair of the transmition line would be covered by my warranty and she personally guided me to the service consultant Andrew Fujan. Andrew very professionally scheduled my appointment. I dropped my truck off early on a Tuesday morning and a very nice man drove me back to my apartment. Later that mornng another very nice man picked me up and returned me to the service department. I was greeted and serviced promptly and was on way. Every step of this experience was handled with the best possible customer service, professionalism and friendliness that I have experienced in a long time. As a long time manager myself I always look for signs that a company embraces customer service -- obviously Performance Dodge. Finally, I want to say that I have bought several pick-up trucks through Performance Dodge through Salesman Mario ____. He has always treated me with the utmost professionalism even during times when Performance Dodge was not necessarily the best management company. So, thank you to everyone at Performance Dodge for a job well done in every department. More
I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 140,000 miles on it. No problem scheduling me in and on time w/ the services. The entire staff that I have dealt w/ is professional, friendly, and very much easy to talk to. All in all, a good crew @ this dealership. I've had family come from MI on two occassions that had issues w/ their vehicles, Jeep Commander & Chrysler T&C, that req'd TLC and Andy was able to get them in same day. You can't ask for much better service than that. Keep up the good work and make sure that you take good care of Mr. Staehr! More
The reason why I rated this dealership so high was because of their friendly demeanor and they always remember who I am. This is the 2nd visit I have made to Performance Dodge after moving back to Lincoln from Indiana. The first visit was an oil change at scheduled interval. This visit was to address a safety recall issued by Chrysler. I arrived ~ 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment. Mr. Gascon was extremely professional in all interactions and explained what what done in support of the recall. I was impressed with how much the people were concerned with my worries about my Jeep. We were immediately greeted and our car was taken care of right away. They did an excellent job of keeping us informed as they diagnosed the issue and serviced the Jeep. Pete was very kind and he was able to reassure me that my car was going to be just fine. I brought my 2007 Pacifica in for the scheduled 100,000 mile service. I was able to drop my vehicle off at my convenience and was notified immediately when a non stock part issue arose and was presented wi mile service. Pete went out of his way to ensure my car was completed timely, even after they found the two seals leaking on the drive train. Despite the issue with the part, I was able to pick my children up on time from school with the loaner vehicle Pete ensured I received due to not stocking the one seal. Pete’s willingness to understand my transportation situation and family’s needs, he went out of his way to reduce my stress. I appreciate being treated as a person and not just a number. Your dealership has class and great people. I know Pete did not single handedly accomplish all this himself, my thanks goes out to him and the Service Department as a whole. What a great team, my paper work was ready, the car was clean, and I didn’t have to wait around to be taken care of. Additionally, with my busy schedule and 40 mile commute, Pete was understanding, compassionate, and more than professional. I am looking forward to my next visit to your dealership.
