Tracy and Shay- shop managers were excellent in communication and noting my requests. Sid Dillion’s mechanical engineer completed what needed to be done. We have gone to Sid Dillon for years, most interactions with Bryan have been met with rude and unprofessional behavior. It’s almost to a point where I’d rather drive to Lincoln to get service done than dea with Bryan have been met with rude and unprofessional behavior.
