They replaced the part that needed replaced BUT the put my car back together very poorly. I let the know it wasn't put back together right and they just blew it off. I’m disappointed with the wait time, considering I had an appointment. Also, your car wash has a lot to be desired. I moved from the comfortable red leather chairs to a table by the cold drinks to accommodate a grandma/grandpa, daughter and her new week old baby. The atmosphere was very peaceful and comfortable in th table by the cold drinks to accommodate a grandma/grandpa, daughter and her new week old baby. The atmosphere was very peaceful and comfortable in that area where the office are, not any hustle/bustle or deal making atmosphere. Staff was friendly and relaxed. TV area was filled but I was surprised to see that since I heard or saw no movement from the red chairs before I entered the area. I read a novel at the table and was pleased and tempted to have a soda but I had brought my own metal water bottle container. The seating in this area also became full but again all customers were working quietly on laptops or reading from phones. Staff in that area came and went without distraction A very pleasant experience. My service worker very personable, accommodating. More

Don't remember his name. I think he was the first stand inside and outside the door into the TV lounge area on the west side of the door. When I paid and he went over my service there wasn't a counter or desk behind me when I signed the papers.
