I bought an F-150 from Sieman’s Ford in 2018. A good truck but recently the wipers would not stop going even if turned off. It turned out to be an electronic part, and Siemans replaced it. John in Siemans service department was diligent in helping get the repair claim accepted by Zurich insurance on the extended warranty I bought through Siemans. He called them several times after they initially stalled the claim. I appreciated his going to bat on behalf of me, a Siemans customer. I also appreciated his overall professionalism in handling the servicing of my truck. Hooray for Siemans Ford truck service! More

Our car broke down and it took awhile to get it in to find out what was wrong due to the Covid. However Tyler Danneffel did all he could to get it in as fast as he could. When Don got to see in on Tuesday they called and said what needed to be done and would get to it as soon as they had the parts.
