Wonderful employees Alice was quick to reach out to me and set me up with Randy who was going to help me with my purchase. They both were so awesome and Randy especiall Alice was quick to reach out to me and set me up with Randy who was going to help me with my purchase. They both were so awesome and Randy especially knew his stuff and went out of his way to get the information that I needed. Unlike some other dealers who "guessed" at an answer (and were wrong), Randy had no problem making sure he gave me correct info. Unfortunately, although I was ready to purchase a Ford Explorer at this dealership, we decided we needed a larger vehicle to tow. I felt horrible leaving Randy hanging on the day that I was going to come in because he truly was so wonderful to work with. I hope whoever reads this has a chance to work with him in the near future. You'll be in good hands. More
