The dealer ship is very good. The service department is good but communication is poor. Numerous times when I’ve called and made an appointment to get my truck serviced I told the The service department is good but communication is poor. Numerous times when I’ve called and made an appointment to get my truck serviced I told them that I would wait there while my truck is getting worked on. Each time when I get there they are surprised I’m waiting for it. You would think that they would have put a note with my appointment about waiting. One time I needed to leave my truck in the shop for a couple of days to get repairs done and asked for a loaner vehicle which they had. When my truck was done I returned the loaner car, only it wasn’t a loaner, I had to pay $60.00 for using it. It would have been nice if they would have told me in advance. Very disappointing as far as communication goes More

I have been a customer at this dealership since 2003. The current service/intake group is one of the best. Not all of the work I requested was performed. I now have to make a 2nd appointment to complete The current service/intake group is one of the best. Not all of the work I requested was performed. I now have to make a 2nd appointment to complete the work. Over the years, including this time, I have called the service department after several hours asking if the work on my vehicle was completed. I often get the response that the work had just been completed. It seems like 7 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is excessive, especially after having made an appointment. Thanks. More
