The Silveira crew was a well oiled machine: took my LB crewcab in and loaned me a 1/2 ton with the Baby Duramax, cool!! A chance to drive that motor that we've been curious about; I saw the badge on a Suburban a year ago. It was nothing like the 2006 LBZ I owned, 3 trucks back. I got my one-ton the next morning with 3 recalls done, had to back and fill to get around the shop-- this is a busy dealership because they are good, and have been on that location for decades. Their good reputation is earned still. More

They did not perform all the work I asked them to do. 1. Ask them to do a tune up, fix sqeaking belt, put in heater seats, and tranny tune up. While truck was in there for replacement of the rear-end, I Asked them to do body work on passenger side while truck, they did do a mostly good job , there is a spot they missed on my door that looks like a hard rubbing spot. I live a ways away from healdsburg so I have to burn a days work to get my truck there and pick up. So I was very disappointed in their service. Now I am waiting for them to call me when they have all the parts for heated seats, 2 weeks later still nothing from them to bring in my truck so they can finish. Also after picking up my truck next I learned my Bumber sensors aren't even working anymore, so I called them to tell almost 3 weeks and they never even called me back about it. Now I don't even want them to finish work they are not trustworthy. In my opinion All this after they had my truck about a month or a little more. More
