Bought a used 2022 Honda Pilot. Came with 3 month or 3,000 miles. Battery died not even 2 weeks after purchase. Called them and asked how we would go about replacing it since it was Came with 3 month or 3,000 miles. Battery died not even 2 weeks after purchase. Called them and asked how we would go about replacing it since it was still under warranty of course. Acted dodgy right from the jump and tried to act like they didn’t wanna help us and had to “talk to the manager”. Tried playing mind games and treating us like we were stupid when it’s just an easy thing to fix. We told them are you really willing to cause all this drama and problems over a $150 battery? They don’t give a f. Do not recommend at all. Jose is a little b-xxx. More
