Edward our service representative at Simi Valley Chevrolet was and always is extremely knowledgeable and helpful every time I bring my Chevy Trax in for regular maintenance or any type of repair. Re Chevrolet was and always is extremely knowledgeable and helpful every time I bring my Chevy Trax in for regular maintenance or any type of repair. Recently my tire low air warning light came on. The tires were fine however one of the TPS sensors was bad. Several months ago I had the same problem and replaced the TPS that was bad. This time Edward identified which sensor was bad and iNStead of replacing each TPS as they eventually wear out Edward gave me an awesome price to replace the remaining 3 TPS’s. If I had decided to wait for each TPS to go bad and replace one at a time it would have been a lot more expensive! Thank you Edward for the great price and completing the repair in less than 2 hours! Since the purchase of my Chevy Trax I have taken my Trax to the dealership for all maintenance and repairs! Edward at Simi Valley Chevrolet is an awesome person and always treats me very nice and explains in detail what my vehicle needs to keep it in perfect condition! Thank you Edward and Simi Valley Chevrolet! More

Gentlemen working front off are very rude. Unwillingness to listen to concerns and gives generic answers such as “cars make noise” will literally have you standing there to be helped while oth Unwillingness to listen to concerns and gives generic answers such as “cars make noise” will literally have you standing there to be helped while other service appt front desk are sitting there doing nothing just because you name is on someone else’s queue. Even though there’s a warrant in place they charge you for diagnosing yet don’t explain that cost up front. Jonathan particularly is not friendly, avoids any service by making excuses like he’s saving his own money. Gives dirty looks as well. I would walk out each time feeling like I wasn’t liked and worried about what they would do to my car or charge me just because they could. I would never trust to take my car back there. They screwed me to begin with when they delivered a “brand new car” which paperwork read 0 miles yet there were 300 miles put on the car already. (Doubt there were 300 miles of test drives and I live 5 miles from dealership. Coffee station always low, no cream no sweeteners yet coffee creamer laying on the desk of employees. The Hispanic gentleman who does the shuttle service is great. And Dave the manager try’s to attempt to do things to facilitate necessary repairs, getting to him is like Fort Knox because the guys up front don’t want you to get help. I would never spend another dime at SV Chevrolet and I tell all my friends and family the same thing. More
