I bought my son’s truck at Simi Chevy plus some accessories and have had the oil change service once, and everyone has always been very, very helpful and nice. I would have given a five-star ra accessories and have had the oil change service once, and everyone has always been very, very helpful and nice. I would have given a five-star rating, but this time, with the oil change service, one of the service techs did not tighten 5 out of the 6 lug nuts on the rear passenger wheel, so needless to say I was livid, mainly based on the fear of what could’ve happened while my 17-year-old son was driving the truck. But all’s well that ends well. The service guy apologized like crazy when he had to come out where the truck was to tighten the lug nuts, and so did the “big boss.” And Keri from Tire Man is fixing the damaged rim (on the dealer’s dime). I realize that mistakes happen, and yes, this could’ve been catastrophic, but hopefully they’ll use it as a training story to make sure it never happens again. More
