I love Simi Chevrolet! I bought my car there six years ago. It was a fun experience. I live my car and have been through xxxx and back with my car. I got her backlooking great but everything one could damage in a street takeover needed help. They worked with my insurance company and I got her back better than new. The service department is fantastic. Jessika is a really terrific service writer and is also a very kind friend. After the theft they recommended an anti theft device . Well a few days back my car was broken into, but those xxxxxxxx couldn't start the car.... because of the help and understanding of the service department I still have my car. One for the good guys! I can't say enough ,as you can tell from the verbose review about Simi Chevy. Many of my friends with chevys go to Jessika... she and the rest of her teammates are top shelf. They will be taking care of my broken window next week... More

Oil change typically comes with fluid check, fluid top offs and some inspection report. This was a synthetic oil change which was 100% more expensive than a regular oil change. Still the technician did no offs and some inspection report. This was a synthetic oil change which was 100% more expensive than a regular oil change. Still the technician did not check any fluids, provided no reports of fluids nor reports of any other inspection. How did we know? The entire washer fluid was empty- bone dry. Pathetic!! Will not go at this location again! More

Folks at the help desk are not very friendly or helpful at all. Only reason I came was because it’s the closest to my home but I will absolutely make the drive further away to go to the Chevy dealer in the at all.
