They did not disclosed an optional insurance at time of sale and they included on the total amount to be financed. We declined this optional insurance and we didn’t sign the contract and now they don’t want to remove the $995! They want us to finance an optional insurance that is good for one year and pay it for three years. Why do you referred us to go to this dealer? They mislead us.
