I have never been so disappointed with a dealership as Simi Chevrolet. Three different occasions we have had issues with them First one was an oil change where they cross threaded the oil filter. Oil leaked all over our driveway and all over the engine yes they fixed it, but didn’t bother washing the engine off. Second time was an rotating tires, changing brake pads and doing the rotators. Rotors were not turned, but we were charged for it. The third time we were requested to come in for the steering wheel air bag. They made the appointment for me. I arrived and was checked in, then notified that they did not have the air bag and it would be another month. I have since found a great car repair service in Simi Valley and will never go back to the Simi Valley chevrolet dealership for repairs. More
