I understand how diagnostics works. It's basically just checking with a meter or a tool. I understand you have to pay for the tool but it's ridiculous that each request is charged $249 on top of it. $900 to change a sensor out that I went to an auto body shop that I could've completely ignored the 249 taking it straight to them I would've been 500 but I couldn't get a price until I did the diagnostic so you hold people hostage I have three vehicles to buy specifically GM products. I just bought an Escalade just before that bought a Corvette before that I bought a work truck. I have three more work trucks to buy. I will never buy a vehicle from you guys again. More

I have never been so disappointed with a dealership as Simi Chevrolet. Three different occasions we have had issues with them First one was an oil change where they cross threaded the oil filter. Oil leaked all over our driveway and all over the engine yes they fixed it, but didn’t bother washing the engine off. Second time was an rotating tires, changing brake pads and doing the rotators. Rotors were not turned, but we were charged for it. The third time we were requested to come in for the steering wheel air bag. They made the appointment for me. I arrived and was checked in, then notified that they did not have the air bag and it would be another month. I have since found a great car repair service in Simi Valley and will never go back to the Simi Valley chevrolet dealership for repairs. More
