Although I’ve used this dealer for a couple of decades, I would not currently recommend it due to the customer service. Most of the service desk has zero personality and you’re left feeling like you’re impos would not currently recommend it due to the customer service. Most of the service desk has zero personality and you’re left feeling like you’re imposing in them to service your vehicle. For example, the first question I was asked was my name and appointment time. When I responded that I couldn’t recall the specific time and provided my name, another employee mocked me by saying “at least he remembers his name”. I pretended to laugh it off but internally I was very put off. This has been my typical experience with this dealer the last couple of years so, no, I cannot recommend them. More

I feel that the entire experience was very poor. I went to the store with high credit, a tax credit, and several discounts and I felt left the store because nothing was explained to my liking and I I went to the store with high credit, a tax credit, and several discounts and I felt left the store because nothing was explained to my liking and I felt like there was not a desire to make a deal. I was unhappy with the explanation of the cost, and i felt a bit of deception going on. I. Bought a the same car 2 days later from another place and had a very professional and positive experience so they can say whatever the want. If I left there without a car and went to a competitor and did a deal right away. More
