I had made an appointment for July second and when I called to confirm the time because I had an other appointment I was told my oil change was scheduled on July 3 at 12:00 PM. When I came on July 3 at called to confirm the time because I had an other appointment I was told my oil change was scheduled on July 3 at 12:00 PM. When I came on July 3 at 11:50 PM after waiting ten minutes I was told that my car had to stay until close because they were buzzy. When I asked why I was told that It was a walk in. I told them that that was not so. I made a new appointment by phone the next week. More
Can’t comment on work performed because can’t see it, one recall for download, one recall for safety belt and transmission filter replacement.
