I had made an appointment for July second and when I called to confirm the time because I had an other appointment I was told my oil change was scheduled on July 3 at 12:00 PM. When I came on July 3 at called to confirm the time because I had an other appointment I was told my oil change was scheduled on July 3 at 12:00 PM. When I came on July 3 at 11:50 PM after waiting ten minutes I was told that my car had to stay until close because they were buzzy. When I asked why I was told that It was a walk in. I told them that that was not so. I made a new appointment by phone the next week. More

Can’t comment on work performed because can’t see it, one recall for download, one recall for safety belt and transmission filter replacement. What was frustrating was not being able to talk to a service pe recall for download, one recall for safety belt and transmission filter replacement. What was frustrating was not being able to talk to a service personnel , called several times, left message , no call. I finally called sales and the hand carried my request to service dept. very frustrating. More
