I brought in my 3-week-old vehicle because the A/C stopped working. I was told it was a “rodent issue” and not covered under warranty—without any real inspection. They immediately quoted $800 just to diagnose it, plus full cost of parts and labor. I was also told to file a claim with my insurance. When I asked how they knew it was rodent damage, I was met with a bad attitude and vague answers. Eventually, the advisor admitted they hadn’t really looked at the car—just glanced under the hood and saw “rat droppings.” That was the entire basis for their $800 claim. I declined the service and decided to pick up my car. When I arrived, I was again treated poorly, with more attitude and zero professionalism. I took the car to a different GM dealer, who fully diagnosed the issue. Turns out it was a faulty A/C compressor—covered under warranty. No signs of rodent damage whatsoever. This service department tried to scam me out of $800 for something they didn’t even investigate properly. When questioned, they got defensive and rude. Save yourself the trouble and take your vehicle to any other GM dealer. This place is dishonest, disrespectful, and not worthy of your business More
Jessica had me in and out quickly and made sure repair was handled correctly. I didn’t even get out of my car and she met me in the drive thru!
