First time buying a car myself and I bought a used 2024 Subaru impreza. I have never gone through this process and was juggling a long drive, new territory, insurance changes, loan approvals, amongst every Subaru impreza. I have never gone through this process and was juggling a long drive, new territory, insurance changes, loan approvals, amongst everyday life. Stephan LaDelia helped me throught he entire process. He was patient with my travel times and with my confusion about how some of the process worked. He guided me through the whole process, helping answer any question I had and being patient with me when I had to figure out specific details whether it was related to buying the car or insurance matters. He was nice and did not pressure me into the sale or try to upsell me, making sure that I knew what was going on and had full control over the deal the whole time (while still doing his job of course). He was friendly, informative, patient, and kind, never making me feel as though I was being coerced or trying to schmooze me into some other deal. I can't recommend him enough, he made the process so easy and so comfortable! More

The current service advisor Colin is reliable, friendly and accommodating. The service area is clean, well equipped and easy to access, plus each technician is thorough.
