I had a great experience with the sales person: Brian Anderson. He was awesome and really helped me along the way. I did find the service department to be subpar. I ordered a blackout package for my truck, I was given a drop off appointment of 7:30 to complete the work on my truck EVENTHOUGH the person handling my car rental didn’t get to work until 8:30. I was left without a vehicle. When I was picking up my vehicle no one bothered to do a quality check on the work, the letters were really crooked. Very noticeable. I ended up having to take the vehicle in to the vendor that did the work so they could fix the letters, and sit there for a couple hours taking additional time off of work. When I walked into the service department no one greeted me, a simple “Good afternoon, I’ll be with you shortly” would suffice. 5-10 minutes later I had to ask for help and that person couldn’t tell me what to do about the crooked letters on my truck. I had to go inside the sales floor and ask a sales manager for help. Horrible customer service from you service department. More

Huu in the service department was very helpful and honest about the services and cost. Yes, going to a dealer for service and repairs is more expensive, but the peace of mind that comes with the work is wort about the services and cost. I was taken care of within 5 minutes of arriving, was given an explanation of what my vehicle needed, and left within 15 minutes. My truck was ready within hours and the whole experience was great.
