Brought it back and was told they measured the axle and with spec and don't know if its leaf spring or axle. was told to nothing they can do and to call GM.. and once again truck was dirty for pickup More

I find it frustrating that whenever I use my Century maintenance plan for vehicle service, I don't receive the same level of service as I do when I pay for something extra. For example, if I go for maintenance plan for vehicle service, I don't receive the same level of service as I do when I pay for something extra. For example, if I go for an oil change covered by the maintenance plan (which is prepaid) and I'm told the car also needs brake fluid, I end up paying for the brake fluid addition. In these cases, they tend to go the extra mile— they wash the car, vacuum the interior, and provide a detailed report. However, if I'm only getting an oil change through the maintenance plan, they simply perform the service and give me a basic report. I don’t think this is fair, especially since I’ve prepaid for these services. I should receive the same level of care regardless. More
