$625 to replace spark plugs is ridiculous. It's almost like you don't want the business. There was so much background noise when the service rep called me, I could barely hear anything he It's almost like you don't want the business. The communication lines for a transaction like that should be better. I took all the recommendations to my regular local mechanic and having them completed at a much more reasonable cost. More

Jose the service advisor is great and kept me up to date on the repair. I would only recommend because everyone is nice. I will not mention the name but I went in for a diagnostic test and the person who helped me was nice. I told him my car was stopping on my 2022 Chev I will not mention the name but I went in for a diagnostic test and the person who helped me was nice. I told him my car was stopping on my 2022 Chevy. That was the only problem. I haven't had the car long. When the diagnostic came out he stated it was the battery and the rack and pinion. I agreed on the battery given the ems that came on but the other service no because it was 4000. I told them just get me going with the battery and I'll go from there. I decided to get a second and third opinion from a random and trusted mechanic. Both told me that there was nothing wrong with the rack and pinion. They also stated that they test drove, did a diagnostic test, and checked all that was stated on the test I got from Simpson. They said you have a low mileage car that is fairly new and so are the parts. They told me that they could tell I had work on the battery but they didn't find anything. So obviously they were upselling but actually lying to make a buck. Always get a second opinion. Just because it's the dealership doesn't mean they have your best interest. But again I would only recommend because the guys were nice. More
