Service rep did a poor job of keeping me informed on what was going on with my truck. Did not explain issues/ fault codes, but was quick with costs. Service tech failed to reset oil change monitor after serv was going on with my truck. Did not explain issues/ fault codes, but was quick with costs. Service tech failed to reset oil change monitor after service but brake pad sensor was reset showing 100% life, but no indication on service order of new pads being installed. Won’t be using them for future maintenance repairs. More
