Service Dept Bryan was GREAT, he was very attentive and listened to my concerns about my car. He didnt take advantage of me because I am a woman with zero knowledg Bryan was GREAT, he was very attentive and listened to my concerns about my car. He didnt take advantage of me because I am a woman with zero knowledge about cars as some dealerships will do. I was only there for an oil change and didnt have time to have other issues addressed, Bryan told me to bring my car back and leave with him so the service team could better analyze the concerns I voiced about my car. Let me not leave out Fonda, she was very nice and helpful as well and greeted everyone with a smile! Thanks Fonda and Bryan you were great!!!!!!. Only complaint I have is Service Dept no longer provides loaner cars to customers when they have to keep your vehicle for a whole day or longer. It was much more convenient to get in a loaner car and go instead of waiting on someone from the dealership to take and pick you up from your destination. More

Great work, nice people. I needed a new key programmed for my 2016 Challenger. I called and set up an appointment. They were very professional right from the start. Great experience. Great experience with the guys here at Greenway. I have had bad trips to other dealer service depts. in the past. So I kinda go in with my guard up. Great experience with the guys here at Greenway. I have had bad trips to other dealer service depts. in the past. So I kinda go in with my guard up. That was not the case at Greenway CDJR, they were straight with me right from the start. They seemed genuinely concerned that I had an issue with my car and were eager to do whatever they had to do to make it right and fix the issue. Other local dealer service depts.have a famous catch phrase "That is normal operating characteristic" they use that to get out of fixing problems on warrantied vehicles. Well I can gladly say the Greenway service dept didn't say that.. not once. They test drove my vehicle and immediately admitted there was an issue. Full disclosure: several years back I was a ASE certified dealer tech. So I know when there is a problem that warranty will cover. That's why I'm so impressed with these guys. They were honest straight from the start. My service advisor Corey Keenum was great and made sure the whole process went smooth. Tracy Bourdon was the tech that performed the work and did a top notch professional job. I'd recommend this service dept to anyone. More
