Horrible service advisor Carried my truck in for a recall a 5 minute job I set in the crappy waiting room for 1hour And 15 minutes nobody letting me know anything I get up g Carried my truck in for a recall a 5 minute job I set in the crappy waiting room for 1hour And 15 minutes nobody letting me know anything I get up go in the service department my truck still setting in same place I ask the ss have y’all done anything he said no so i tell him to give me my keys I’m leaving the mechanic came up and ask me what was going on I told him he said they haven’t even told me he was nice and said give me 10 minutes and I’ll have it ready so I did he had it ready the service advisor didn’t care a bit he is awful More

Disconnect Called to get drop off time and was told 10:20. Arrived at 9:50 and planned on waiting only to be told it would be a lot longer. I ended up calling A Called to get drop off time and was told 10:20. Arrived at 9:50 and planned on waiting only to be told it would be a lot longer. I ended up calling A ride and was told that due to Greenway not being connected with this actually dealership and not being able to get up to date info on schedule times along with not enough service workers that next time I need to dial an extension to get correct info. My car was ready for pick up at 11:40. I still do not have an extension to call to get accurate info. I work close to this industry in our area and this location does not have the best reputation from previous owners. If this location is to be successful small things like communication is key and experiences like this should not happen even if it only an hour off. Correct info should have been able to be given on the initial call. More
