Horrible Customer Service We dropped a vehicle off to have a diagnostic test run on April 30th. The employee at the service counter had a huge dip in his mouth and proceeded t We dropped a vehicle off to have a diagnostic test run on April 30th. The employee at the service counter had a huge dip in his mouth and proceeded to spit in the floor as he was speaking with us regarding the vehicle we were leaving. Fast forward 1 week, we've had ZERO contact from University Dodge. Then, I receive an email stating that our service appointment was scheduled for the next day. The vehicle had been with you guys for over a week at this point. I then emailed the service manager, Bryan, and informed him that I expected a phone call from him regarding the status of our vehicle. I got a call from Cody (sp?), who informed me a sensor was bad, although I couldn't tell you what sensor because you could barely understand Cody. He said the part should be in the next day and if so, the vehicle would be ready then. That should have been May 9th. Fast forward to Monday, May 13th. No contact from University Dodge yet again. I called and let the guy that answered the phone know I was very upset with the level of service I had received from your dealership. I asked him to have the service manager, Bryan call me. Did I ever receive a phone call from Bryan? No...I sure as xxxx didn't. Then we get a phone call late Tuesday afternoon saying the vehicle was ready. This has been the worst service from every employee from the minute we dropped the vehicle off. As a service manager, Bryan needs to step up and handle these situations with a lot more professionalism that he's apparently capable of. He never once picked up the phone to call and apologize for anything or to provide any update on our vehicle. You can guarantee that we won't bring any of our vehicles back to this dealership or do business with you again. More
