Awful experience every time. I despise coming to this place. I do all of my oil changes and maintenance elsewhere because I’ve never had a good visit. This one was no different. The final time I called they told me it was in..yet nobody called to tell me. Same thing when it was finished. I called and they said oh yes it’s done. Customer service needs to be addressed. I had to stand at the desk for a long time until I finally yelled at a service guy to please find someone to help. Took longer than they told me to get a recall part changed. When I came to pick up my car, there were a couple of grease spots on the interior of my car. The radio was all messed up and my blue tooth speaker had been removed and was dangling. As a customer, my car should be given back to me in the exact same way it was dropped off. Just a terrible experience all the way around. Recalls will be the only reason I bring my car back here. More
